This 1955 Ford Thunderbird is finished in Torch Red over two-tone vinyl upholstery, and it is powered by a 292ci V8 paired with a three-speed Ford-O-Matic automatic transmission. Equipment includes a white removable hardtop, chrome bumpers with integrated exhaust outlets, fender skirts, 15″ wheels with chrome dish covers, and an aftermarket stereo. The car was reportedly shipped from Arkansas to California following its acquisition by the seller in 2017, and subsequent service includes replacement of the battery. This Thunderbird is now offered with a clean California title in the seller’s name.

The car is finished in Torch Red with chrome bumpers, mirrors, and trim. Exterior features include rear fender skirts, a white removable hardtop, and dual exhaust outlets integrated into the rear bumper. Cracks and chips are visible in the paintwork.

The 15″ color-matched steel wheels wear chromed covers and are mounted with whitewall tires.

The cabin features red and white vinyl upholstery on the seats and door panels as well as turned-aluminum trim on the dashboard and doors. Red carpets are protected by red rubber floor mats, and the heater controls and a Custom Autosound radio are housed in the dashboard, which shows chipped paint. The seller notes that the trunk latch and a window mechanism were recently repaired.

The two-spoke steering wheel frames a 150-mph speedometer, a tachometer, a clock, and auxiliary gauges. The five-digit odometer shows 6k miles, approximately 2k of which were added by the seller, and true mileage is unknown.

The 292ci Y-block V8 delivers power to the rear wheels through a three-speed Ford-O-Matic automatic transmission. Recent service reportedly includes replacement of the battery.
